Our breakfast is served, from March to November, on the beautiful indoor terrace of the house. It is based on fresh products, such as seasonal fruit bought in the morning from Jerry, the fruit vendor downstairs, and fresh bread taken from the bakery downstairs. The jams are made by Maria, our housekeeper, using fresh seasonal fruit. We also buy yogurt. This is the basis of our breakfast, but we may also have croissants or traditional Sicilian biscuits (tagliancozzi, biscuits with "giuggiulena", "te-tu"). If it's the season, we also serve freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee made with a moka (we don't have coffee machines), tea, and herbal teas.
