Our breakfast is served, from March to November, on the lovely indoor terrace of the house.
It is centered around fresh products. We always have seasonal fruit purchased in the morning from Jerry, the greengrocer located nearby. The fresh bread is also bought each morning from the bakery just down the street.
The jams are made by Maria, our housekeeper, using fresh seasonal fruit. We provide yogurt that is not homemade but bought.
That is the foundation, and we may also offer croissants or brioche, along with traditional Sicilian cookies (tagliancozzi, cookies with "giuggiulena," "te-tu").
If it's the right season, we serve fresh-squeezed orange juice, along with coffee brewed in a moka pot (we don’t have coffee machines), tea, and herbal infusions.
